Welcome to premiumclassdreams.com. The premiumclassdreams.com website (the “Site”) is comprised of various web pages operated by Premium Class Dreams Group. Premiumclassdreams.com is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms” or “Agreement”). Your use of premiumclassdreams.com constitutes your agreement to be bound by the Terms.



Your use of premiumclassdreams.com is subject to PCD Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection, use and disclosure practices.



Visiting premiumclassdreams.com or sending emails to Premium Dream Deals constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all Agreement notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.



If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that Premium Class Dreams is not responsible for third party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account. Premium Class Dreams and its associates reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion.


Premium Class Dreams does not knowingly collect either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of thirteen. If you are under eighteen, you may use premiumclassdreams.com only with the permission of a parent or guardian.

The Linked Sites are not under the control of Premium Class Dreams and Premium Class Dreams is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site, including without limitation any link contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site. Premium Class Dreams is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Premium Class Dreams of the site or any association with its operators.


Certain services made available via premiumclassdreams.com are delivered by third-party sites and organizations. By using any product, service or functionality originating from the premiumclassdreams.com domain, you hereby acknowledge and consent that Premium Class Dreams may share such information and data with the third-party with whom Premium Class Dreams has a contractual relationship to provide the requested product, service or functionality on behalf of premiumclassdreams.com users and customers.

All content included as part of the Service, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the Site, is the property of Premium Class Dreams or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights. You agree to observe and abide by all copyright and other proprietary notices, legends or other restrictions contained in any such content and will not make any changes thereto.


You will not modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, found on the Site. Premium Class Dreams content is not for resale. Your use of the Site does not entitle you to make any unauthorized use of any protected content, and in particular, you will not delete or alter any proprietary rights or attribution notices in any content. You will use protected content solely for your personal use and will make no other use of the content without the express written permission of Premium Class Dreams and the copyright owner. You agree that you do not acquire any ownership rights in any protected content. We do not grant you any licenses, express or implied, to the intellectual property of Premium Class Dreams or our licensors except as expressly authorized by these Terms.



Premium Class Dreams respects the intellectual property of others and asks users of and visitors to the Site to do the same.  Premium Class Dreams will process and investigate notices of alleged infringement and will take appropriate actions under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and other applicable intellectual property laws.  Upon receipt of notices complying with the DMCA, Premium Class Dreams will act to remove or disable access to any material found to be infringing or found to be the subject of infringing activity and will act to remove or disable access to any reference or link to material or activity that is found to be infringing.

If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide Premium Class Dreams with ALL of the following information:



  • a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;
  • a description of where on the Site the allegedly infringing material is located;
  • your address, telephone number and email address and all other information reasonably sufficient to permit Premium Class Dreams to contact you;
  • a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
  • a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

The Site may contain bulletin board services, chat areas, news groups, forums, communities, personal web pages, calendars, and/or other message or communication facilities designed to enable you to communicate with the public at large or with a group (collectively, “Communication Services”), you agree to use the Communication Services only to post, send and receive messages and material that are proper and related to the particular Communication Service.


By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree that when using a Communication Service, you will not: defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others; publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information; upload files that contain software or other material protected by intellectual property laws (or by rights of privacy of publicity) unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents; upload files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another’s computer; advertise or offer to sell or buy any goods or services for any business purpose, unless such Communication Service specifically allows such messages; conduct or forward surveys, contests, pyramid schemes or chain letters; download any file posted by another user of a Communication Service that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in such manner; falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded, restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Communication Services; violate any code of conduct or other guidelines which may be applicable for any particular Communication Service; harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including email addresses, without their consent; violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Premium Class Dreams has no obligation to monitor the Communication Services. However, Premium Class Dreams reserves the right to review materials posted to a Communication Service and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. Premium Class Dreams reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever.

Premium Class Dreams reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or government request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in Premium Class Dreams sole discretion.

Always use caution when giving out any personally identifying information about yourself or your children in any Communication Service. Premium Class Dreams does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any Communication Service and, therefore, Premium Class Dreams specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the Communication Services and any actions resulting from your participation in any Communication Service. Managers and hosts have not authorized Premium Class Dreams spokespersons, and their views do not necessarily reflect those of Premium Class Dreams.

Materials uploaded to a Communication Service may be subject to posted limitations on usage, reproduction and/or dissemination. You are responsible for adhering to such limitations if you upload the materials.

 Can I change or cancel my ticket?
A changed ticket is flying the same route on a different date. The change must be sent in writing up to 96 hours prior to your scheduled departure date. Each change is subject to a minimum $200 per ticket fee, plus any cost incurred directly by the operating airline. The ticket may only be changed with the airline it was originally booked through. Changed tickets can only be used for the original traveler. Once you depart to your destination, no cancellations can be made to the itinerary. If a change of date needs to be made after you already flew on your outbound flight, please contact your agent to see if a change can be made.  All changes are subject to availability.

If you wish to cancel your flight there is a minimum fee of $300 per ticket charged at the time of cancellation plus any additional fees incurred by the airline. A cancellation must be done 96 hours prior to your scheduled departure. You will receive a credit with us for the original route of your ticket for to be flown on a different date. You must use this credit within 365 days from the original purchase date. The entire credit must be used for a single booking. The credit can only be applied to the original ticket holder. The credit can only be used with the airline the original flight was booked through. In order to utilize your credit for a future booking, it must be specifically mentioned at the time of your new itinerary request. We cannot guarantee the price of a new ticket will be the same as the original even if it is the same route, as availability and fares change frequently. The ticket holder will be responsible for any difference in the new fare. Once you depart to your destination, no cancellations can be made to the itinerary.

Missed Flights:
Premium Class Dreams is not responsible for any missed flights. Missed flights are subject to the individual rules and regulations of the operating airlines.

Schedule Changes:
Premium Class Dreams is not responsible for an airline schedule change. In many cases we are able to update the passenger regarding the schedule change, however it is ultimately the passengers responsibility to check on their flights before they leave to the airport.

Liability Statement:

Premium Class Dreams Group and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates and representatives act as an agent for travel suppliers and you understand and agree that Premium Class Dreams shall not be liable for any loss, injury, expense or damage to persons or property resulting, directly or indirectly, from (1) the acts of omissions of travel suppliers, including but not limited to delays, overbooking’s, cancellation of services, cessation of operations, accidents or failures of equipment, or changes in fares, itineraries or schedules; or (2) acts of God, fires, earthquakes, floods, climatic aberrations, acts of governmental authorities, civil unrest, strikes, riots, theft, disease, accidents or failures related to the public internet, telecommunications lines or facilities, or third party technology systems, or any other cause beyond the control of Premium Class Dreams. In an event of any issue with a ticket Premium Class Dreams provided, the customer may be refunded for the flight purchased. Premium Class Dreams is not liable to purchase a new flight.

Intermediary Disclosure. Premium Class Dreams assists you in finding travel suppliers and making arrangements that meet your individual needs. We consider various factors in identifying travel suppliers to you and recommending specific itineraries. In this role, we are acting as an independent third party and not as a fiduciary. We want you to be aware that certain suppliers pay us commissions as well as incentives for reaching sales targets or other goals, and from time to time may also provide incentives to our travel counselors. In identifying suppliers and recommending itineraries, we may consider several factors, including supplier availability and your preferences.  The relationships we have with suppliers may also influence the suppliers we identify and the itineraries we recommend.

Our discounted tickets may not qualify to earn Reward points/miles.  All prices quoted are in US dollars unless specified otherwise. This ticket may be bought through an airline ticket consolidator. This ticket may be upgraded using reward travel options. If you choose to opt out of signing our passenger form for any reason, you will be bound to our terms and conditions stated on our website. It’s important that you do NOT attach your personal account to the tickets, as it may cause them to revert your price to a full-fare ticket.

When are agents available?
Our office hours are Monday – Thursday 9:30 am – 6:30 pm EST Friday 9:30 am – 2:00 pm EST, however, our agents try to be available through email or phone on evenings and weekends.

Savings are based upon the published fare at the time of purchase and vary depending on availability of requested dates, airlines, and routes. We cannot offer savings on every route/flight.

What are Unpublished Fares:
Premium Class Dreams is not an online portal like Kayak, Priceline, Orbitz, etc. that offer small savings to the consumer. Premium Class Dreams takes the information you place on our quote form and sends it to one of our many Travel consultants who work one on one with you to find the most suitable itinerary. We deal with wholesalers, consolidators and Travel Agents that have access to deeply discounted fares. We offer our clients fares that aren’t published on any websites.

Can I Earn miles or points on my flight:

Premium Class Dreams has many ways of providing discounted flights. Many of our options as provided above do not accrue miles or points. If you are looking for status for your flights or would like to earn points, please specify this to your agent that is working with you so they can let you know if that’s possible for your trip. You do, however , earn Premium Class Dreams points which may be used for discounts or free flights in the future*

What is an E-Ticket?
An electronic ticket is the time-saving, ticket-less way to travel! An e-ticket, also known as electronic ticketing, allows your entire experience to be easy, safe and electronic, which means no more paper tickets. Your ticket is stored in our system, and the airlines’ computer system, waiting for you when you arrive at the airport.

E-ticket Policy:
If there are any discrepancies in the E-ticket, YOU MUST CONTACT OUR OFFICE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING YOUR CONFIRMATION. If we do not receive written notice of any inconsistencies within 24 hours, we assume that the travel information/documents received are accurate. NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE AFTER THIS GRACE PERIOD.

Can I get a seat for my baby?
Most airlines will let you purchase a seat for an infant, but you will need to pay a child’s fare. Some airlines will not allow an infant on a separate seat at all. Please check with an agent.

What kind of extra discounts can I get for children?
The fare for infants under the age of 2 (Lap Child) is usually 10%-20% of a FULL published adult fare, plus taxes and fees. Due to our already discounted prices, we are unable to offer discounts on tickets for children over 2 years old. Please check with us to confirm any discount information.

Passports and Visa:
Premium Class Dreams is not responsible for any passport or visa issues. We are only responsible for issuing and confirming tickets. Please make sure that you have all of the necessary documents before purchasing your tickets. If your tickets need to be canceled or changed due to passport or visa issues, the cancellation/date change penalties will apply.
Be sure you have a signed, valid passport and visas if required.

All passengers are liable for the following items:

Passport(s) and visa(s)
Correct spelling of names
Flight times and airlines

Price Match:

In the unlikely event that you find a lower rate on another U.S. based Web site before booking your flight, we will match their price. In addition, we will give you a hundred dollar ($100.00) coupon good on a future booking of a Premium Class Dreams. Special Rate air package. This Best Price Match is subject to our terms and conditions.
The Best Price Match is available only for exact itinerary matches, for example, specific carrier or provider (including class of service), applicable refund policy, and the exact same dates and times of travel or service as booked through Premium Class Dreams. Except as noted below, the Best Price applies only to the cost of booked travel, as presented in the Premium Class Dreams search results, without including any taxes and fees. The Best Price Match is not available for bookings on Web sites where the carrier, itinerary or similar booking details are unknown until after purchase. You must meet all requirements imposed on the lower price (if any), including, without limitation, residency, regional and age related requirements.
Comparison Rates Must Be Available to the General Public Online.
The Best Price Match applies only to prices both advertised and available to the general public on an English-language Web site. For example, this does not include rates offered on membership program Web sites, corporate discounts or rates; group, charter, rewards program, incentive, meeting, convention, consolidator or interline prices; prices obtained via auction or similar process; or prices available only by using a coupon or other promotion not offered to the general public. The lower rate may not come from a Web site where you call to get the rate, or from an email that you received. The rate must be quoted, booked, and paid for in U.S. dollars.

Verification of Claims:
All requests, including receipts, are subject to verification by Premium Class Dreams. Premium Class Dreams will not accept screenshots or other purported evidence of a lower price that cannot be independently confirmed by Premium Class Dreams personnel. Nor will Premium Class Dreams verify any request that it believes, in its sole discretion, is the result of a printing or other error or is made fraudulently or in bad faith. Limit: One (1) $100 coupon per entire booking, and three (3) coupons per customer per calendar month (regardless of the number of accounts used by the customer). Each coupon is valid for one (1) year from month of issuance.
